Great coffee begins with great technique. Follow our recommended methods to unlock the full spectrum of flavour that Kenyan Arabica has to offer.

Two tablespoons per 200ml is our golden ratio — adjust to taste as you discover your perfect cup.

Pro Tip

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, preferably refrigerate to preserve freshness and flavour integrity.

Plunger Method
01Add 2 level tablespoons of ground coffee per 200ml.
02Use freshly boiled water — not boiling. Let it rest 30 seconds off the heat.
03Allow to infuse for 4–5 minutes before pressing the plunger.
04Serve immediately for peak flavour.
Filter Method
01Start with fresh, cold water for the best extraction.
02Measure 2 level tablespoons of ground coffee per 200ml.
03Adjust grind coarseness to your machine's guidelines.
04Follow your machine manufacturer's instructions for timing.
